Cot and Highchair available on prior arrangement with owner. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking permit for 1 car for use in nearby car parks. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 min walk. Note: Building accessed via communal entrance and hallway, with two flights of stairs leading up to apartment door on the second floor. Note: Restricted head height in bedroom with some sloping ceilings in the open plan living space. Note: Restricted head height over the bath which may restrict the use of the shower. Note: Adults only, babes in arms welcome.
